The Virtual Gastric Band- The Weight Loss Solution!

The system utilizes the concept of a "virtual" gastric band done through hypnosis/relaxation therapy and mindful eating.   It is a non-surgical technique which utilizes the power of hypnosis to reduce the stomach to a smaller size and to retrain the person to be satisfied with much smaller amounts of food.  The hypnotherapy convinces the brain that the stomach is full after a certain level of intake, and that there is no need for more food.

 

The Virtual Gastric Band process takes place in 4 Sessions given once a week plus a one time reinforcement.   Sugar and Carbohydrate cravings will decrease and there will be a desire to eat healthier foods instead.  

 

For many years, I struggled with sugar and carbs cravings and trying to maintain my ideal weight. I was very fortunate to be trained by the Intuitive Medical, Caroline Sutherland with the Virtual Gastric Band technique.  Caroline taught me which foods were good for me and which ones to avoid.  I no longer suffer from the insanity of the sugar and carbs cravings and I love how I look and feel.   Most overweight people have food alleries or sensitivities caused by dairy products, sugar and wheat, as well as Candida Yeast.  Food intolerance can trigger histamine reactions which result in fluid retention.  Candida Yeast can result in overwhelming cravings for starches and sugars.   Excessive carbohydate consumption converts to sugar.  Excess sugar is stored in the fat cells.
